This small, terraced cottage garden was predominately patchy grass and my clients had had a more practical design drawn up.  This comprised of a series of interlocking, gravel filled circles sitting at different levels.

This was an intricate design which needed careful planning and setting out.  As the client needed constant access through the garden during the build it was important to keep a clean thoroughfare at all times.  I built a bespoke pergola following the curves and the fall of the pathway which I found very rewarding!

Before work began.
The new layout starting to emerge.
The teardrop step taking shape.
Finally the planting is added and the garden is finished.
